Franklin's 300th Birthday

The Ambassador

Program

FROM THE DESK OF JOHN HIBBS

RE: CORPORATE PARTNERS WANTED

Dear Sir or Madam:

If your market includes college students, you should read further.

In January 2005, we will launch a public relations campaign aimed at over 2,000 college newspapers. Based on early responses, we are confident that front page stories will be published about our Franklin Ambassadors Program.

Our plan also includes paid advertisements in 75 major universities with a combined enrollment of over a million students.

It also includes speaking engagements at 40 universities.

The cost of this is budgeted at $40,000.

We promise to provide substantial mention to corporate sponsors who will help us in this recruiting effort. We also promise to keep our sponsors updated with respect to Ambassadors who complete the Program. They will make fine employees, especially for companies who want to reach the college market.

Sincerely,

John W. Hibbs
