We seek highly ambitious persons who are smart, outgoing, unafraid and self reliant. They can be of any age -- with the ability to work with those of any age.

Language?

If candidates wish an assignment in Latin America, they should be reasonably fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. If their choice is Germany or Austria, they should speak German. And if the would like to go to France, or a French speaking part of Africa, then fluency in French is required.

In most other parts of the world, a foreign language is helpful but may not be required.

Background?

The ideal person will have already spent time abroad....the longer the better. They will have undergone challenging, unique experiences with a successful outcome. They will have demonstrated they are unafraid to meet new people who have skin colors, languages, and cultural values different than their own.....and be happy in such settings.

Resilient * Tough * Reliable The will be resilient, tough and reliable. In some cases, their living conditions will not be comfortable or of the same "standard" as the one they are living in now. In all cases they will have to rely on public transportation, some of which is unreliable and uncomfortable.

A vision of the benefits

They will have a good idea that the experiences and contacts gained abroad will be of lifetime value to themselves and to those with whom they work.
